Yes — 30 minutes, no obligation. We use it to understand your process and tell you honestly whether automation, AI or custom software is the right fix, and roughly what it would cost.
What should I include in my message?
Describe the process that's eating your team's time: which tools are involved, who does what, roughly how many requests or orders per week, and when you'd like it solved. Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot, but aren't required.
How quickly can a project start?
After you accept the proposal, most projects start within one to two weeks. Small automation workflows can sometimes start within days if the scope is clear.
Do you sign an NDA before the first call?
Yes, on request. Send us your NDA or ask for ours, and we'll have it signed before any sensitive details are discussed.
Do you work with companies outside Europe?
Yes. Most of our clients are in Europe, but we serve clients worldwide and work async-friendly across time zones.
What happens after I submit the form?
