Industries — E-commerce & Retail
Orders, stock, couriers, invoices, marketing — an online store is a chain of repetitive tasks. We make the chain run itself.
What we automate
E-commerce automation removes the manual work between 'order placed' and 'order delivered': stock sync across channels, courier bookings, invoicing and the marketing flows that bring customers back.
AI agents for e-commerce & retail
Sofia answers order questions, Mara keeps campaigns and product content flowing, Ada matches supplier invoices and Iris shows which products and channels actually make money. Connected through our API — €699 per agent per month, one-time setup €4,499.

The challenge
An online retailer selling through its own store plus two marketplaces processed every order by hand: copying data into the invoicing tool, booking couriers one by one and updating stock in three places. Orders placed overnight waited until morning.
What we built
We connected the store, marketplaces, invoicing software and courier APIs into one automated pipeline, with stock updated in real time across channels and every order invoiced and shipped without manual steps.
Frequently asked questions
Connect the store, invoicing tool, courier and stock system into one pipeline: when an order lands, the invoice generates, the shipping label is created and stock updates everywhere — automatically. Only failed or unusual orders reach a human.
Pick one source of truth for stock — usually your ERP or main store — and connect every channel to it through APIs or feeds, updating in real time. That ends overselling and manual stock edits in three places.
It's an automatic email or SMS sequence sent to shoppers who left items in the cart. Done well — right timing, a reminder, sometimes an incentive — recovery rates of 5–15% of abandoned carts are typical, which is pure recovered revenue.
Shopify is the fastest to launch and easiest to run. WooCommerce gives more flexibility and ownership at lower running costs. A custom store makes sense when your catalog, pricing or workflow logic doesn't fit any template — we build on all three.
