Does Hugo decide who gets hired?
No. Hugo organises applications and handles the admin; he doesn’t score, rank or reject candidates. Those decisions stay with your team.
What happens to candidates’ personal data?
It’s processed only for your recruitment and kept for as long as your retention policy says. You can delete it at any time through the API.
How long until Hugo is live?
Typically 2–4 weeks from your order: a kickoff call, connecting your systems, tuning his persona and boundaries, and testing in the sandbox before go-live.
What does Hugo cost?
€699 per month excluding VAT, with 10M tokens included and pooled with your other agents. The one-time setup fee of €4,499 per company covers onboarding for every agent in your first order.
