How billing works
From checkout to your monthly invoice

You pay the setup fee at checkout and receive the invoice for it.

2–4 weeks to connect your systems, tune the agents and test in the sandbox.

Go-live
Subscriptions start; the first month is prorated to the day.

Monthly invoice
On the 1st: subscriptions for the new month plus extra tokens from the previous month.

Automatic payment
Card or SEPA Direct Debit charged on the invoice date; bank transfers due in 14 days.
Invoices are issued electronically by our invoicing system and, for Romanian companies, also submitted through e-Factura. Each invoice lists subscriptions per agent and extra tokens per month, and the same data is available through the billing API.
For card payments, the payment processor’s fee is passed on at cost on the next invoice, where permitted. SEPA Direct Debit and bank transfer carry no fee.

Frequently asked questions
Pricing questions
What exactly does the setup fee cover?
Onboarding for your company: mapping your processes, connecting your systems, tuning every agent in your first order, importing your knowledge and testing in the sandbox before go-live. Agents you add later are configured within their subscription; if one needs a new integration, we quote that work before we start.
Can we start with just one agent?
Yes. The setup fee is the same, so many teams start with the agents that cover one complete flow — for example Carla, Quinn and Rio for transport requests — and add more later.
What happens if we use more tokens than included?
You decide in advance. Stop at the included tokens, continue up to a monthly cap (default €500), or continue without a cap. Extra tokens cost €15 per million, metered per 1,000 tokens, and appear on the next invoice.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No. Included tokens reset on the 1st of every month. They are pooled across all your agents, so a quiet agent leaves room for a busy one.
Is VAT included?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Romanian companies are charged 21% VAT; companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge; companies outside the EU are invoiced without VAT.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card and SEPA Direct Debit through Stripe, or bank transfer. Card and SEPA payments are collected automatically on the invoice date; bank transfers are due within 14 days.
How do we remove an agent or cancel?
Remove an agent at any time in the console or through the API; it stays active until the end of the current billing month. Minimum term and notice are set out in the subscription terms.
Do you offer annual billing or volume pricing?
For larger teams or annual prepayment, contact us and we’ll look at it together.
